Archives and Special Collections (ASC) and Research Services (RS) provide library instruction, which supports the MHC curricular learning goals and departmental learning goals.
Grounded in the learning goals of the Mount Holyoke College curriculum and informed by primary source literacy guidelines, the instruction program of Archives and Special Collections emphasizes active learning for information, archival, and visual literacy. Also, grounded in the learning goals of the MHC curriculum and departmental learning goals, the instruction program of Research Services is informed by the principles of information literacy.
ASC and RS invite you to partner with us in creating instructional opportunities for students. See the Archives and Special Collections Instruction section and the Information Literacy Instruction Research Services section for more information.
