PubChem- Small organic molecules and their biological activities
PubChem is three linked databases within the NCBI Databases system.
These are PubChem Substance, PubChem Compound,
and PubChem BioAssay.
PubChem also provides a fast chemical similarity search tool.

This commercial site allows searches for chemicals by name or structure and provides molecular weights, density, etc. Tools include a Chemical Calculator to calculate molecular weights and elemental percentages and a Property Explorer for chemicals in the database.
