What Is BOOM?

BOOM! is an annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) learning symposium featuring a series of events. This year sessions are designed by members of the community for the entire community and will meet participants where they are in their learning and comfort in engaging in sessions on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

How To Use This Guide

This guide is meant to complement the events that will run over the course of BOOM 2025. It offers a selection of writing and other materials by this year's speakers, as well as resources to empower you to more deeply explore the ideas and themes of the program.
