Federal Register the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents. Also browseable at GovInfo from 1936 to the present year.

Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. It is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation. 

List of CFR Affected (LSA) lists proposed, new, and amended Federal regulations that have been published in the Federal Register since the most recent revision date of a CFR title available from 1997 to the present year.

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR) a currently updated version of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). It is not an official legal edition of the CFR. The e-CFR is an editorial compilation of CFR material and Federal Register amendments produced by the National Archives and Records Administration's Office of the Federal Register (OFR). The OFR updates the material in the e-CFR on a daily basis. The current update status appears at the top of all e-CFR web pages.

Regulations.gov find, review, and submit comments on Federal documents that are open for comment and published in the Federal Register.
